Wilmot & Co Solicitors LLP is a thriving law firm based in Cirencester. They specialise in Conveyancing, Property Law, Wills, Probate, Trusts, Commercial Litigation and also in litigation involving Classic Cars.
Their HR team approached us and asked us to find a legal secretary for their property department. As ever, we undertook a thorough study of their organisation and their requirements to assist us in finding the best candidate. This exercise also helps us to promote all the opportunities of working for such a thriving law firm to potential candidates.
After pre-interviewing the candidates ourselves, we forwarded the details of the "best-fit" individuals to the firm. Our candidate, Una, has a background in law as a FCILEx and so we were delighted when they offered her the position as a temporary legal secretary. They soon made this role a permanent appointment.
Una also had many years' business experience prior to joining Wilmot & Co. and she has now been promoted to Practice Manager within the law firm. We offer her our congratulations and best wishes.
